We’re developing a range of cook-at-home kits for restaurant-quality Indo Pak food. Each planned box brings together measured dry ingredients and oil. Fresh meat comes from your local butcher, guided by a card with the details that matter.

Hooria is the Cook & Director behind the method. Buraq Kitchen is the teaching-led sister brand to Buraq Flash, Table and Hospitality: the same commitment to standards, brought into a different setting.

Free videos will share the first steps. Structured courses will make room to go deeper. The purpose of both is the same: help you understand what you’re cooking.
