Where we plan to deliver
Kitchen kits are planned for customers across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, using Royal Mail. The Channel Islands and Isle of Man are not included in this UK delivery scope. These cook-at-home kits have their own delivery arrangements, separate from Flash and Table workplace meals.
Dispatch and delivery
We aim to dispatch the same working day where possible. This is an aim, not a guaranteed dispatch or arrival date. The exact Royal Mail service, dispatch days, cutoff, delivery prices and any service restrictions will be confirmed before orders open.
Your delivery charge and full order total will be shown before payment. No free-delivery threshold or seasonal arrival guarantee has been announced.
What arrives in the box
The collection is being developed around measured rice, spices, oil and the confirmed pantry components listed for each kit. Fresh meat and fresh groceries are bought separately. The final contents, storage instructions and shelf life will be published with each released kit.

Support processes refund requests. Contacting support does not itself confirm a cancellation or refund. Full sales, returns and cancellation terms will be available before kit orders open.
