Your basket
The website saves your chosen kit IDs, sizes and quantities in your browser so your basket can survive a refresh. Remove items in the basket or clear this website’s browser storage to remove them. If local storage is unavailable, the site uses a session-only or in-memory fallback and tells you. Contact details and card data are not stored in the basket.
Checkout and payment
Kit orders are not open yet. Delivery fields remain disabled while checkout is unavailable. When ordering is enabled, checkout asks for your name, email and delivery address, with an optional gift message. These details and your selected kits are sent when you continue to secure payment, so we can process and fulfil the order and respond to related enquiries.
The Kitchen service records the order, delivery details, gift message, amounts, payment references and payment status. Card details are entered directly into SumUp’s payment form and do not pass through the Kitchen server. Read SumUp’s privacy information.
Keeping an existing payment together
After checkout starts, the browser may keep a temporary checkout reference and selected items in session storage. This lets the same payment be recovered or checked after a refresh. Clearing browser storage does not cancel a payment or remove an order record; contact support about an existing order.
Hosting and technical information
Cloudflare hosts this website. Delivering and protecting it involves technical request information such as IP address, browser details and requested URLs. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This website has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or automatic video embeds.
Support and external services
If you email or call support, you provide the information needed to handle your enquiry. PDF downloads are ordinary website files. Following a link to another Buraq service, course platform or social channel takes you to that service and its own privacy information.
Before kit orders open
We will update this notice with the final fulfilment arrangements, information recipients and retention details before opening kit checkout. The proposed Royal Mail service and product specifications are still being finalised. For questions about access to, correction or deletion of your information, contact Buraq support. No Kitchen customer account is needed to explore this collection.
