KIT → BUTCHER → COOK → TABLE

A good dish starts
before the hob.

A clear list. A well-chosen cut. A method you can follow. Here’s how the Buraq Kitchen idea comes together.

  1. 01

    Choose your kit.

Pick the dish you want to learn. Your measured spices, rice and oil are planned into one box.

  2. 02

    Visit your butcher.

Take the matching card to your local butcher for the cut, weight and preparation your recipe needs.

  3. 03

    Cook with Hooria.

Gather your fresh ingredients. At release, follow the complete printed method and check each stage. The accompanying how-to is still in preparation.

  4. 04

    Bring it to the table.

Serve a dish you understand, and take what you’ve learnt into the next one.

SMALL CARD. USEFUL DETAIL.

Meet your
butcher card.

“Chicken for biryani” leaves a lot open to interpretation. Your card sets out the proposed cut, weight, bone, skin and preparation for your kit.

Each draft is available on its kit page. Hooria will confirm the final request against the tested recipe before it reaches customers.

BEFORE YOU START

A few good questions.

Does the box contain fresh meat?

No. The proposed kit contains rice, pre-measured spices, oil and any confirmed shelf-stable extras. You source fresh meat from your local butcher using the matching card.

Do I need a well-stocked spice cupboard?

The planned kit supplies its measured spices. You add the fresh ingredients listed on the kit page. Exact blends and quantities are still being tested.

Is the how-to the same as a paid course?

The printed method and accompanying how-to are included in your kit price at release. Optional paid courses explore the techniques in more depth. You will not need to buy a separate course to cook your kit.

Can I order or enrol now?

You can choose a size, see the price and build a basket. Orders will open when the final recipes, delivery and payment setup are ready. Course enrolment is still in preparation.
